Travel Agency

Tee Lee Travel is a licensed travel agent pursuant to the Travel Agents Act 1986 in the State of South Australia.

Tee Lee Travel sells travel products provided by travel product providers and in doing so Tee Lee Travel acts as the agent of those travel product providers and may receive a commission from them for selling their travel products to you. As the agent for the travel product provider Tee Lee Travel incurs no liability on the transaction entered into between you and the travel product provider. Accordingly, your legal recourse (if any) is against the actual travel product provider and not Tee Lee Travel. Therefore, if for any reason, any travel product provider does not provide you with the travel product that you contracted with them to receive, then your remedy lies against that travel product provider and not with Tee Lee Travel.

Tee Lee Travel, as your travel agent, provides certain services to you such as arranging your relevant travel requirements for you, with your authority and on your behalf such as ticketing, issuing of vouchers, receipts and booking accommodation for you.

Fees & Pricing including ticketing

Prices for travel products constantly change and are subject to many things such as:-

  • the availability of flights;
  • seats on flights;
  • the value of the Australian dollar;
  • peak or shoulder or off peak travelling times;
  • limited time special or promotions,

so prices are not fixed until the travel products and Tee Lee Travel’s fees and charges have been paid in full and all relevant travel product documents including tickets have been issued.

Travel products are expressly subject to the condition as to their availability as at the time of payment for them. Some travel products are very popular and "it is a case of first in first serve" so act quickly if there is a travel product you really want to purchase on this website.

Prices for travel products on this website are:-

  • Expressed in Australian Dollars (AUD);
  • Fully inclusive of taxes, levies, government charges and other applicable fees;
  • Updated regularly, so they are subject to change, without notice to you;
  • The best price available to Tee Lee Travel’s customers as at the time you accessed this website; and
